Solprove is pre-launch. This site currently offers a waitlist, general information about the product, and ways to contact us — it does not yet provide the marking or tutoring service itself.

Once we launch, fuller terms covering subscriptions, billing, and cancellation will apply to the product itself. These terms cover using this website in the meantime.

Solprove is designed for GCSE students, most of whom are under 18. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should set up and manage your account, choose any paid plan, and agree to these terms on your behalf.

Whoever enters payment details for a subscription confirms they're at least 18 and authorised to do so.

You can browse the site, join the waitlist, and contact us. Please don't try to scrape, abuse, overload, or interfere with the site, the waitlist form, or the AI chat/email systems.

Anything you submit through the waitlist, contact form, or chat should be genuine — not spam, and not an attempt to manipulate our AI systems into acting outside their intended purpose.

Replies from the chat widget and from our inbound email system are generated by AI. We've built in safeguards, but AI can still make mistakes or give incomplete answers. Nothing said by the chat widget or in an automated email reply is a binding offer, a guarantee, or professional advice.

Once launched, the same applies to marking, worked solutions, and the estimated grade feature — these are tools to support learning, not official exam board assessments or guarantees of exam performance.

Pricing shown on this site (including the £11.99/month figure) reflects our current launch plan and may change before or after launch. We'll honour published pricing at the point you actually subscribe, once subscriptions are live.

Use Solprove for genuine study purposes. Don't share your account, attempt to bypass usage limits, upload unlawful or harmful content, or try to manipulate the AI systems into acting outside their intended purpose.

The Solprove name, logo, and site content belong to us. You're welcome to share links to the site, but please don't copy, redistribute, or represent our content as your own.

This site is provided "as is" while we're pre-launch. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that our launch timeline won't change.

To the extent permitted by law, Solprove isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or service. This doesn't affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

We may update these terms as the product develops. We'll update the date below when we do, and let you know of any significant change.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
